1. Partnership principle

Mon Petit Faré offers a 50/50 partnership model based on sharing the commissions generated from short-term rental bookings.

2. Role distribution

Local partner:

• Business development / property sourcing

• On-site property management

• Local operational management

• Check-in / check-out (ideally using key boxes for greater flexibility)

• Cleaning coordination

• Maintenance

Mon Petit Faré:

• Property marketing and promotion

• Booking management via the Rental Ready Channel Manager

• Commercial and logistical support

• Assistance in case of guest or booking issues

3. Points of contact

• Sales team: discussions regarding new property owners

• Logistics team: booking follow-up, guest management, operational issues

Preferred communication via WhatsApp or email.

4. Compensation

Total commission: 25% on bookings

• 12.5% for Mon Petit Faré

• 12.5% for the local partner

Cleaning fees: 100% allocated to the local partner

Example:

For a booking of €1,000 + €90 cleaning fee:

• Mon Petit Faré: €125

• Local partner: €125 + €90 cleaning fee

Compensation is exclusively linked to completed bookings.

• Self-employed registration number (auto-entrepreneur) or KBIS (for companies)
