3. Points of contact
Sales team: discussions regarding new property owners
Logistics team: booking follow-up, guest management, operational issues

4. Compensation
Total commission: 25% on bookings
12.5% for Mon Petit Faré
12.5% for the local partner
Cleaning fees: 100% allocated to the local partner

Local partner: €125 + €90 cleaning fee
Compensation is exclusively linked to completed bookings.
