Security deposits

For bookings made via Airbnb, no additional security deposit is required, as the platform provides protection for both hosts and guests.

For all other booking methods, a €500 security deposit (pre-authorization on a credit card, not charged) is required before arrival. The amount and procedure are clearly indicated before confirming the reservation.

Check-in instructions can only be sent after the pre-authorization is confirmed if a security deposit is required.
