Departure instructions

The standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please vacate the apartment by this time to allow for cleaning and the arrival of the next guests.

If you wish to arrange a late check-out, please refer to our late check-out policy for applicable conditions and fees.

Detailed departure instructions:
24 hours before your departure, we will send you all the necessary information via the booking platform (key return, apartment inspection, waste sorting instructions, etc.). Please review these instructions carefully.

You can also use the QR code via the Checkeasy app before your departure. Its use is optional and allows you to take photos of the apartment to document its condition prior to leaving.

Please report any malfunctions, issues, or damage encountered during your stay so we can address them promptly and improve the experience for future guests.
