Arrival Instructions
48 hours / 2 days before your arrival, we will send you a link containing all the instructions to access the apartment (address, building access, key collection).
We recommend reviewing these instructions before your arrival and taking screenshots in case you don’t have Internet access at check-in.
Problem accessing the arrival instructions link
In some cases, the link may ask you to log in to Canva.
If this happens, please follow these steps:
Copy the link you received.
Open your browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.).
Paste the link into the address bar.
Press Enter.
You will then be redirected directly to the information page.
If the problem persists, our team is available to assist you.
Luggage drop-off before check-in / after check-out
Please refer to our early check-in and late check-out policy.
Exceptional delay in apartment preparation
In rare cases, cleaning may take a little longer than expected.
If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible. When feasible, you may leave your luggage in the apartment during the final cleaning so you are not inconvenienced while waiting.
We always do our best to ensure the apartment is ready as quickly as possible.
